Delivery & Shipping Policy
We proudly offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our store in Malvern East, and will be applied at checkout.
If you have any special delivery requests or timing needs, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Refund & Exchange Policy
At The Bloom Room Malvern, we take great pride in the quality of our flowers and curated products. Each item is handled with care and crafted to meet the highest standards.
Please take a moment to read through our policy below:
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any of our products, including flowers, gifts, and candles.
2. Fresh Flowers
Our flowers are guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery. If your flowers do not last at least 3 days from the date of delivery—and have been cared for under suitable conditions (kept in water, away from direct sunlight and heat sources)—please contact us within that time frame.
We will be happy to discuss an exchange or refund, depending on the situation and condition of the blooms.
3. Physical Products (e.g. candles, gifts, homewares)
We do not offer refunds on physical products. However:

Exchanges can be made in-store only (not available for online purchases).

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

All exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If an item is faulty or damaged, a credit note may be issued upon review.
4. How to Request
For any concerns or exchange enquiries, please contact us within the applicable time frame. Be sure to include your full name, order number, and clear photos where relevant.
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund excluding postage /shipping.
