Our promise to all our customers is to deliver their flowers or gifts within the same day if the order is placed by 2pm.Β β
If your order is placed after 2pm then we will deliver your order the following day.
Delivery costs vary depending on the distance from our shop in Malvern East.

Refund / Returns Policy
WeΒ do notΒ accept any floralΒ arrangements orΒ bouquetsΒ for return or exchange that are purchased online due to change of mind. We cannot refund or cancel your order once the order is placed online , unless other circumstances are discussedΒ with one of our staff directly on (03) 9572 2994.Β
***During special holidays /public holidays (eg; Valentineβs Day, Christmas ect) , we DO NOT REFUND under any circumstances. Β
We can offer anΒ exchangeΒ in-storeΒ only if you purchase a gift such as our range of candles, diffusers or toys proiding they are unused, unopened and with tags attached.
